Sondra Lee Foster

Sondra Lee Foster, 59, of Idaho Falls, passed away unexpectedly from a massive heart attack on March 24, 2024.

Sondra was born on May 5, 1964, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Earl LeRoy Foster and Valene Foster, whom she loved and adored. She grew up in Rigby, Idaho, and graduated from Rigby High School in 1982.

Sondra worked in the trucking industry for over 30 years. She was a broker and dispatcher. She put blood, sweat, and tears into her work which she enjoyed very much.

Sondra enjoyed raising and taking care of her nephew, Lakoda James Foster. She also loved listening to all her favorite music on full volume while she was cleaning and driving around. She enjoyed decorating her home and always wanted to keep her home tidy and clean.

Sondra is survived by her son, Dakota LeRoy Foster; her sister, Sherri Lynn Carranza; her brother, Bryan (Karen) Foster; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and her niece, Jessica Foster.

A Gathering for friends and family will be held from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road.
